Most homeowner's are breathing a big sigh of relief seeing the county has recently reduced the assessed value of their homes.
Your property taxes will not necessarily go down with your assessed value, in fact, many will continue to increase. This is a great read:

Interesting Market News...

Did you know our current listing inventory in Snohomish County has DECREASED 14% from the same week from one year ago this week? This is about 1,000 less homes for sale on the market from last year....
Did you also know Fannie Mae has not foreclosed on ANY homes since the 2nd week in January?
How and when Fannie Mae starts to bring the (literally) thousands of homes in the King/Pierce/Snohomish county areas to market will definately influence the market...
On another note, the California market is heating up... and that is GREAT news for the rest of us.
